Postpartum care is a joyous time, but it's also a period of adjustment and healing for you. I stay in close contact with you after your birth to provide any assistance needed for healthy development. I will provide education that includes breastfeeding guidance, sibling guidance, schedules and so much more.

You should be served during pregnancy, during birth and up to 6 weeks after birth. Creating a Birth plan along with a Post-Birth plan to serve you and your needs is important to the bonding that will take place in those 6 weeks.
From pregnancy to postpartum, I make it my duty to show up for you and your baby to help alleviate stress and show true care through physical comfort and emotional reassurance. I provide guidance so that your experience is a positive one. - Jess
