Postpartum Package 

( If you choose ) Day Care - Yes!! I will provide 4-6 hours 2 to 3 times a week of care for 3 to 4 weeks depending on how long, you would like. This care will include a meal prepped and cooked, some light laundry and light cleaning. While I am doing day care, this time is for you to get some sleep, take a shower and relax.

( If you choose ) Night Care - Yes!! I will provide 6-8 hours 2 to 3 times a week of overnight infant care for 3 to 4 weeks depending on how your labor went and how you are feeling. This will provide you with sleep at night while I wake for the baby and care for him/her. This care includes, light cleaning, meal prepped for the next day and cleaning and sterilization of bottles. I have other options available if you choose to not bottle feed ( breast milk in a bottle ). We can discuss other options.

Education and Support - Having a newborn baby will bring many questions, I will be there to answer any and all questions and provide support for newborn care. 

Education includes: breastfeeding and guidance, maternal recovery measures after a vaginal or surgical birth, infant care for your baby (diapering, bathing, sleep and calming techniques), sibling schedule and care education and so much more!
